The rooms are reasonably large and they have a safe, multi-channel television and a refrigerator. The property's location is great and perfect, so close to sights, shopping and restaurants and good restaurants and so many dining options that meet various tastes and budgets.

It's close proximaty to everything and the fact that it was on the water. We had a little difficulty checking in as the confirmation number that we received, did not match up to a confirmation number that the hotel would issue if we had booked directly with them. The other issue we had was that my first and last name was run together so they had difficulty finding us on the register and were insisting they we did not have a room. I was getting upset as it was our 25th wedding anniversary and I wanted everything to go smoothly. The manager assisted the two staff that were unable to locate us and finally found us on the register. The staff made up for the initial problems by sending chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of champagne to our room. All in all the rest of the stay was very pleasant.

This hotel was just a commendable fit for exploring town in Baltimore with excellent value for money. Check-in was smooth and the staff were helpful when we needed more coffee supplies for our room. For those staying, be prepared for potential noise if there's an event happening.

The view and the staff were excellent. They gave us key cards for the pool well after our check out time and fulfilled every request I had for me and my special lady's 1 year anniversary! The room service was tasty as well and I have to mention the view again because it was sweet (and we were only on floor 11 and yes I've been to every major city in the us and was surprised how well Baltimore held it's own)! Finally you're in walking distance or a reasonable cab fare from everything. Its pricey but if you can swing it and you're coming to Baltimore this is the spot to stay!
Price is the only thing to bicker about. Also an outdoor pool instead just an indoor one would be nice.

The Lounge hostess was very accommodating and we had a wonderful sunset beer on the pool patio thanks to her. Our room had the most amazing harbor view. Loved the Keurig!
No mini bar in the room.

We chose the hotel because of its location in the Inner Harbor. We paid extra to have the harbor view and it was very worth it. When we were in our room, we put two chairs up to the picture window and watched the activities of the harbor. Awesome!
Parking was expensive. Breakfast was too expensive. I would have paid as much as $15.00 per person, but not $25.00. Crazy!

Family with children enjoy the harbor view
We just had this great time with a view that was really something. You won't believe it but the heated pool kept our kids entertained for hours. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.
It wasn't exactly cheap but considering the experience, it was alright.

Excellent Staff
For the top room I was surprised there was no microwave to heat anything. The staff found one and installed it in the room the day I left

Fantastic Family Stay with Very nice Views!
We enjoyed 2 nights in a Queen Room. The room offered fine city views! The restaurant was a highlight. We relished breakfast each morning. The walking path nearby made evening strolls good. Valet parking was expensive, but the nearby garage was convenient. Highly recommend it for families!
